Itinerary
- Lake Issyk: Upon arriving the mountains lake we will find a comfrotable place at the river side to enjoy the surrounded nature, taking photographs. You are welcome to bring some snacks with you. We can organise a picnic on your request. Or stop at a cafe along the way.
Issyk (“a door” from the Kazakh language) is a picturesque, alpine lake surrounded by unusually beautiful nature with thick forests and spacious fields of flowers. The lake is located at an altitude of 1760 meters above sea level, in the Issyk gorge of Trans-Ili Alatau, about 70 km east of Almaty.
