Itinerary
- Qobustan: Qobustan it is an ancient place of habitants which live in these areas on the dates of 5,000-40,000 years ago. It is located about about 60 km far from Baku city center. This location included to the UNESCO Heritage list.
- Gobustan Rock Art: Qobustan National Museum will help you to feel the history of first immigrants of these lands. The reserve has more than 6,000 rock engravings dating back between 5,000-40,000 years.
- Mud Volcanoes: Azerbaijan also famous with its Mud Vulcanos which is very rear in the world. We will have a chance to see these Vulcanos which are near to Qobustan Museum. As the road to Mud Vulcano is so bad, we will change our car to Soviet cars with the brand name Lada. It will be another Safari adventure for you. ;)
- Ateshgah - Fire Temple: Is one of Azerbaijan’s most remarkable sight. According to historical sources, before the construction of the Indian Temple Of Fire in Surakhani at the end of the 17th, the local people also worshiped at this site because of the “seven holes with burning flame”.
- Qala Archaeological and Ethnographic Museum Complex: Archeological and Ethnographic Museum Complex which is situating in Qala village will give us a detailed conclusion of the day. In the open air museum with 1.2 hectares you will see barrows, houses and other architectural monuments belonging to 3rd-2nd millennium BC, are set as their originals in this area. You will get information about a castle of 10-14th century. On this are we will also see the museum of "From Waste to Art"
