  • Gobustan Rock Art: 1) Modern interactive Museum
    In the Museum, you will find perfectly selected exhibitions with the use of the most modern technology that will help you learn the meaning of petroglyphs (rock paintings). In 11 exhibition halls, (the Halls are equipped with 3D panoramas, touch screens) there is a huge collection of priceless historical exhibits, interesting for both adults and children.

    2) An open air Museum
    In mountains of Gobustan Beyukdash there were concentrated witnesses of the past of azerbaijanian nation of the epoch of Stone Age and ongoing periods – rocky paintings, camp of man, tombstones and etc. The most significant of them are rocky pictures – petroglyphs, carved by primitive men on walls of caves, rocks and stony lumps. The aforesaid primitive monuments of art reflect culture, economy, world outlook, customs and traditions of ancient azerbaijanian peoples.
  • Mud Volcanoes: Mud Volcanoes
