Itinerary
- Ateshgah - Fire Temple: Your guide will pick you up either from Sahil or your accommodation (according to your preferences) and start heading to the ancient Zoroastrian temple "Ateshgah" which is considered as an authentic Azerbaijani exotic site to visit. It is located approximately 30 km from the center of Baku in the suburb called Surakhany. You will learn a lot about the temple from your guide, particularly, more about the history of creation of such a temple in Baku and unique natural phenomenon of burning natural gas outlets.
- Yanar Dag: In the second part of visit, after visiting the temple you will go directly to "Yanar Dag" (Burning Mountain). It is the most famous and popular tourist site of the “eternal flame” in Azerbaijan. Actually, it is rather a hill than a mountain, with natural gas burning on its slope from ancient times.
- Sahil Park: The tour ends at the pickup point or preferred site in the city center. Your guide will provide you with all assistance and practical information to get the best out of your experience while in Baku.
