Itinerary
My guests will get their hands dirty. Each of them will touch all the ingredients. He will knead eggs, flour and spinach to make the dough which he will then make very thin with a rolling pin. He will also prepare the béchamel and, in the end, create the real Bolognese lasagna.
But not only that, I will add tiramisu to the experience. Each guest will create their own portion, following my instructions. If desired, it will add the crunchiness of a biscuit on top of the cocoa.

- At the end of the lesson the guests will taste (lunch or dinner) the recipes they have prepared. Accompanied by local wine (1 bottle for every 2 guests)
