Itinerary
- Pyramids of Giza: Starts at 8:00 a.m. with lodging pickup. Begin your Giza Full Day Tour with a Medjet Tour Guide by visiting the Great Pyramids of Giza - Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos, followed by a walk to the Valley Temple. The site where the priests mummified the dead body of King Chephren, owner of Giza's second pyramid. It's also where you can get a close-up look at the Sphinx, the fabled guardian who stands by the massive funeral complex with its lion body and King Chephren's head.
- The Egyptian Museum in Cairo: You will head to the Egyptian Museum, home to over 120,000 artifacts from ancient Egypt. Marvel at the treasures of King Tutankhamun, including his gold mask and sarcophagus. You will learn about the mummification process and see the royal mummies, including Ramses II and Hatshepsut.
At the end of the tour your driver will take you back to your hotel in Cairo or Giza.
