- Souq Waqif: A stroll down the bustling alleys of Souq Waqif provides an authentic taste of traditional commerce, architecture and culture. The maze of small shops offer a dazzling array of Middle Eastern merchandise from spices and seasonal delicacies to perfumes, jewellery, clothing, handicrafts and a treasure trove of souvenir bargains. - The Corniche: A 10km long, palm-fringed promenade and dual carriageway extends in a horseshoe shape around Doha Bay and the city's sea-front. It is lined with hotels, government buildings; lovely open, manicured parks with family facilities and public buildings such as museums and a library. People love to stroll along the corniche, taking in the twinkling sights of the city and the Arabian Gulf.
- The Pearl Island: A Riviera style man-made island developed in an exclusive enclave of Doha. It is the Middle East's most glamorous address, covering 400 hectares of reclaimed land and Qatar's first international urban development venture.
