- Zekreet Fort Ruins: Zekreet is a village in north-western Qatar.
Zekreet fort is on the west coast of Qatar, 90 km from Doha. The fort has a very distinctive layout that allows seeing the two different phases of construction.
Originally, the fort was built as a simple square without towers in each corner.
In a second phase of development, towers were added at the outer four corners of the fort. - EAST-WEST / WEST-EAST by Richard Serra: Internationally acclaimed artist Richard Serra adds the astonishing East-West/West-East sculpture to the desert landscape, taking art to the people.East-West/West-East has become a famous landmark in Qatar since its installation in 2014.
This breathtaking sculpture in the Brouq nature reserve spans over a kilometre and comprises four steel plates, each over fourteen metres in height. - Zekreet Beach: You can also see the Zekreet beach. Where you can see many people coming for kite surfing and para sailing.
- Zekreet Beach: The area stands out due to its unusual landscape of white cliffs. The form and colour of the landscape are a result of the erosion of soft limestone layers, while the wind-shaped white cliffs and bizarre geological forms, like mushroom-shaped hills, make the area unique and special to Qatar.
