  • Derinkuyu YeraltI Sehri: Today we will start the tour by visiting the biggest underground city in Cappadocia. There are a lot of underground cities in Cappadocia which connects one to each other, today we will visit the biggest one Derinkuyu Underground City. The city contained food stores, kitchens, stalls, churches, wine and oil presses, ventilation shafts, wells, and a religious school. The Derinkuyu underground city has at least eight levels constructed to a depth of 85 metres (279 ft) and could have sheltered thousands of people.
  • Ihlara Valley: The longest canyon of Turkey. As well as spectacular scenery there are dozens of Byzantine churches, chapels, monasteries and hermit caves dating from the 11th to 13th centuries, as this area was the settlement for early Christians. Our guide will take you to one of these to explain the beautiful religious frescoes visible on the interior walls.
