Itinerary
- Urgup: Here you will see the most famous fairy chimneys of Turkey, which is the symbol of Cappadocia and was once pictured on the Turkish lira. They're called three beauties. You can also see Cappadocia and the red valley from here as a bird's-eye view.
- Mustafapasa: Mustafapasa, the former Greek Village Sinasos with spectacular architecture. We will walk around the village, learning about the population exchange from 1924, the wealthy merchants and locals who once thrived in this town.
- Keslik Monastery: Keslik Monastery,settled in lush valley, the monastery’s cave churhes-features biblical paintings and the largest. rock-cut dining hall in Cappadocia.You will witness the old monastic life.
- Sobesos Ancient City: Sobessos Ancient city, a recently discovered archeological site from the roman area located near Sahinefendi village. A large meeting hall with beautiful mosaics and the ruin of a roman bath has been excavated.
- Soganli Valley: Soganli Valley, one of the most secluded and tranquil valleys in Cappadocia. We begin our hike along one side of the valley, visiting many cave churches and we return along the other side of the valley to the quaint village. You will also have your lunch in this lovely valley.
- Soganli Valley: We will have a very traditional lunch with sof drinks
- Derinkuyu YeraltI Sehri: Used to be known as Melagobia, Derinkuyu was one of the biggest settlements in Cappadocia and its 8 level underground city is the deepest of the region today. We will explore the caves of this interesting city and talk about the way of life here.
