Itinerary
- Misir Carsisi: The famed Spice Bazaar (Egyptian Market) where Asian spices flowed all in to Europe. The colors and the smells of the market is easy to get lost in. We will navigate the swirling crowds and find ourselves the best sights there is to see in the bazaar.
- KIz Kulesi: Kız kulesi or Maiden's tower of İstanbul is the first major landmark we are going to see. We will be seeing the tower from the outside and taking some pictures.
- Mihrimah Sultan Camii: The beautiful Mihrimah Sultan Mosque. With its heartbreaking story, this mosque is truly different than any other of its kind with its still breathing complex.
- Kuzguncuk Sahili: We will be visiting the Kuzguncuk neighborhood and start to see everything about it. Being one of the oldest neighbors of İstanbul we will be seeing some hidden gems of this neighborhood. We will be trying some of the local foods including Lahmacun, ice cream and some of the best Döner kebabs.
- Uskudar Kapali Carsi: We will be visiting the Üsküdar bazaar, a small but packed bazaar you are going to experience how the residents of the city shop. We will try some small bites here.
