Itinerary
- Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque: We will explore one of the wonderful and oldest churches in the world, for orthodox and catholics, also as a mosque today. We will learn about the history of Rome, Byzantium, Ottoman and Turks.
- Blue Mosque: magnificient Sultanahmet mosque, also known Blue mosque is one of the largest and most popular mosques in Istanbul. With its special structure and 6 minarets, it will admire you.
- Hippodrome: We will visit marvellous square of Hippodrome or Rome empire, with its 3 obelisk with a history of 3500 years and German fountain. We will pass by islamic art museum and ibrahimpasha palace.
- Bosphorus Bridge: We will have a journey from Sabiha airport to old city with a duration of 2 hours for a round trip.
- Basilica Cistern: We will have a lovely sighseeing in one of the most amazing athmosphere in istanbul. Yerebatan or Basilica underground cistern is the largest of several hundred ancient cisterns that lie beneath the city of Istanbul, Turkey. The cistern, located 150 metres (490 ft) southwest of the Hagia Sophia on the historical peninsula of Sarayburnu, was built in the 6th century during the reign of Byzantine Emperor Justinian. Cistern entrance is extra 15 usd.
- Galata Tower: One of the iconic symbol of Istanbul situated in the Galata, Pera district, Galata tower is considered among the oldest towers in the world and was used as a long-term fire watchtower and Fire Tower. During the history, it also kept as a prison, Tower of Christ, restaurant and a museum. Tower entrance is 15 usd extra.
- Istiklal Caddesi: The most popular street in istanbul for locals and for tourists, istiklal streets, meaning independence, was also the most fancy street during Byzantium and Ottoman empire time, as Grand Avenue of Pera. Starting from Galata Tower and reaching to Taksim square, 2 km, the street covers lots of shops, rastaurants, cafes, bars, pubs, clubs, churches, synagogs, and more and almost open 24 hours of the day.
