Itinerary
- Izmir: Begin your day with a 6:30 AM hotel pickup in Izmir. You’ll transfer to Selçuk to join the full group before departing for Pamukkale. Enjoy a 3-hour scenic drive with a short comfort break halfway.
- Hierapolis & Pamukkale: Walk through the ruins of this ancient Greco-Roman city built on thermal springs. Your guide will lead you past the Frontinus Street, agora, Roman baths, city gates, and more.
- Cleopatra Pools: See the warm spring-fed pool filled with submerged Roman columns—formed by an ancient earthquake and still bubbling with thermal waters. Your guide will give you 1 hour of free time here. Swimming is optional and not included in the tour price. If you wish to swim, the entrance fee must be paid directly at the site.
- Explore one of Anatolia’s largest ancient cemeteries, home to over 1,200 tombs. Learn about Roman and early Christian burial traditions.
- Admire this impressively preserved Roman theater, once used for plays and public gatherings. Your guide will explain its cultural role in ancient times.
- Izmir: After the tour, relax on the drive back to Izmir. You will be dropped off at your hotel around 8:00 PM.
