- Please arrive 10 minutes before the tour begins. Once the group has departed, latecomers cannot join and tickets are non-refundable.
- All group tours are conducted in one language, selected when booking.
- A dress code applies for religious sites: no shorts or sleeveless tops; knees and shoulders must be covered.
- Please provide full names of all participants when booking. Bring a valid ID — the name must match your ticket, or entry may be refused.
- Students must carry valid student ID with photo and expiry date for youth discounts.
- In the Salt Mine, temperature is 14–16°C. Bring warmer clothing and note that the tour involves extensive walking and many stairs. Not recommended for guests with mobility, heart, or claustrophobia issues
