- Edfu: Edfu is an Egyptian city located on the west bank of the Nile River in a wide valley, an ideal place for human settlement as it is safe from the annual flooding of the Nile. It has about 50,000 inhabitants. It is located about 90 km south of Luxor. Egyptian name: Uetyeset-Heru, Dyeba, Behedet.
- Kom Ombo: Kom Ombo is an agricultural village in Egypt with a population of about 60,000 on the east bank of the Nile River, 40 km north of Aswan and 165 km south of Luxor. There is a large Nubian population from the south, displaced by the construction of Lake Nasser.
- Luxor: The rest of the time you will be traveling from and back to your hotel in Luxor and you will have some free time for lunch.
