Itinerary
- Luxor: Egypt Gift Tours licensed Egyptologist tour guide will pick you up from your hotel or Nile cruise in a private air-conditioned car. We will drive you south of Luxor for about 2 and half hours; pass by local villages, enjoy the views of the Nile River all the way to Edfu. In the way, your guide will give you general information about your day tour.
- Edfu Temple: Arrive at Edfu to visit the majestic temple of the God Horus; built during the Ptolemaic Period, located on the west bank of the River Nile, which considered to be the most complete and the best preserved of all the Egyptian temples.
- Kom Ombo Temple: Proceed to drive south to Kom Ombo for about 1and a half hour to visit the unusual double temple built on the honor of the two deities, Sobek; the crocodile god and Horus; the falcon god, enjoy the scene of the ancient Egyptian calendar and the relief of the Medical Instruments on its walls. Don't miss the crocodile museum in your way out to see dozens of mummified crocodiles.
- Luxor: Then, travel in comfort back to your hotel in Luxor.
