- Nizwa Fort Oman: We depart Muscat to Nizwa, the old capital of Oman. Visit to the famous Nizwa Fortress. Today, the for is a museum that showcases the history of the fort and surrounding area. Walking through the fortress you get to see amazing views of the ancient town and the nearby mountains. This impressive fortress was a base used in the military to hold off the hardest attacks and seiges.
- Nizwa Souq: The site of one of the oldest souk in the country, this extensive marketplace is dedicated mostly to fruit and vegetables, meat and fish, all of which are housed in separate blocks behind the great
- Bahla Fort: Bahla Fort is one of four historic fortresses situated at the foot of the Jebel Akhdar highlands in Oman and the country's only UNESCO-listed fort added in 1987. The fort underwent massive restoration efforts and reopened in 2012.
- Jibreen Castle: Jabreen Castle is famous for its battlements which is one of the most well-preserved monuments. The castle was built in the year 1675 by Imam Bil Arab Bin Sultan. In the ancient days, the castle was a Centre of learning for various branches like astrology, medicine and Islamic law.
