- Wadi Dawkha: At Wadi Dawkah, travelers will explore a UNESCO World Heritage site renowned for its dense grove of frankincense trees. This stony, semi-desert valley spans 5 square kilometers and is home to the Boswellia sacra tree, from which the finest frankincense is harvested. Visitors can stroll through the park, learning about the ancient trade routes and the significance of frankincense in history.
- Thumrait: Passing by Thumrait
- The Lost City of Wubar, also known as the Atlantis of the Sands, visitors will uncover the remnants of an ancient trading hub buried in the sands of the Rub’ al Khali desert. This archaeological site features the ruins of a fortress with defensive towers, walls, and a water well that once served caravans transporting frankincense.
- Empty Quarter: In the Empty Quarter (Rub’ al Khali) of Dhofar, travelers will experience the vastness of the world’s largest sand desert. We will embark on thrilling 4WD dune bashing adventures, capturing stunning photos of the endless dunes. Sunset tours offer breathtaking views as the sun dips below the horizon, painting the sands in golden hues.
