Itinerary
- Meet your guide at 10:00 am at a centrally located meeting point, near the old city hall, at the "Chronograph store" at Freedom square. Start your walking tour with a stroll on the recently renovated streets of Sololaki.
- Arrive at the newly renovated Gudiashvili Square. From here, follow Asatiani Street to the Kldisubani district.
- Lower And Upper Betlemi Churches: The pedestrian route goes upstairs to the Lower and Upper Betlemi Churches, the remains of the Zoroastrian Ateshgah Fire Temple from the 5th century. Beautiful views are opened around.
- The Bridge of Peace: The next stop is a contemporary pedestrian glass and steel bridge in the shape of a bow that sits over the Mtkvari River.
- Narikala Fortress: Reach the aerial cable car station which will take you to Narikhala fortress. The fortress dates back to the 4th century. It stands on the hill and is a brilliant chance to enjoy beautiful views of the city from the top.
- Abanotubani: Explore the fortress and then head down to the Sulfur Bathhouse area, reaching Meidan square and surrounding areas.
