Terms & Conditions

• Participants of the Sea Lion Dip & Play experience must arrive at Atlas Village at least 5 minutes before their scheduled start time.
• The scheduled time indicated on the booking is for the mandatory check-in, registration, and safety briefing, not the start of the interaction itself.
• Guests arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled check-in time will be considered a no-show, and entry may be denied without refund or rescheduling.
• The maximum capacity for each experience session (pod) is 10 participants.
• All participants must comply with instructions provided by Marine Mammal Specialists and Atlantis staff throughout the experience.
• Admission is subject to all venue rules, safety regulations, and operational policies.
